How to delete your data

You can remove your data from BQNEX at any time. Deleting is free and needs no explanation.
1. Stop BQNEX from reading an advertising account
Withdrawing the authorization stops all reading immediately.
- On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → BQNEX → Remove.
- Or write to us and we withdraw the authorization for you.
2. Delete your BQNEX account and its data
Write to support@bqnex.com from the email address of your account with the words “delete my account”. We confirm the request, delete your account, your businesses, your connected advertising account records and the stored authorizations within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, your business records, connected advertising accounts, stored authorizations and the spend figures read from the platforms.
- Kept only where the law requires it: records of approvals and changes, and accounting records, with no further use.
- Data in the advertising platforms themselves is not affected: your campaigns, spend and history stay with the platform.
