1. What BQNEX collects

BQNEX collects only what the service needs to work:

• Account: your email address, and your name if your identity provider supplies one.
• Business details you enter: business name, type, country, currency, time zone and your commercial objective.
• Advertising connections you authorize: the identifier, name, currency, time zone and status of each advertising account, and the amount spent in the last 30 days.
• Technical records: request identifiers, timestamps, and error categories, used to operate and secure the service.

2. What BQNEX never collects

• Your password for Facebook, Google or any other provider. Sign-in happens with the provider, never through BQNEX.
• Your payment details for advertising platforms. Advertising is paid directly to each platform; no advertising budget passes through BQNEX.
• The content of your private messages, contacts or unrelated files.

3. Why BQNEX uses it

• To show your advertising accounts, their spend and the results of your business.
• To plan and recommend changes, and to carry out only the changes you approve.
• To keep an immutable record of every proposal, approval and change.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations.

4. Authorization tokens

When you connect an advertising platform, BQNEX stores the authorization it receives in encrypted form. Only the service that talks to that platform can open it; a copy of the database exposes no usable credential. You can withdraw the authorization at any time in the advertising platform or by writing to us, and BQNEX then stops reading.

5. Who it is shared with

BQNEX does not sell personal data and does not use it for advertising. Data is processed by the providers that run the service on our behalf — identity, database, hosting and monitoring providers — and by the advertising platforms you choose to connect.

6. Where it is kept and for how long

Data is kept while your account exists. Records of approvals and changes are kept as an audit history. When you ask for deletion, BQNEX removes your account data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, withdraw an authorization, or ask for deletion. Write to the address below; we answer within 30 days. If you are in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Act applies; in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation applies.

8. Children

BQNEX is a service for businesses and is not directed at children.
