Terms of service

1. The service

BQNEX reads the advertising and revenue data you authorize, explains what is working, and proposes changes. It changes nothing on an advertising platform without your approval.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been used without permission.

3. Connected advertising accounts

You decide which advertising accounts BQNEX may read, and you can withdraw that authorization at any time. Advertising spend is paid directly to each platform under that platform’s own terms; BQNEX never holds your advertising budget and is not a party to it.

4. Recommendations and forecasts

Forecasts are estimates shown as ranges, not promises. Results depend on your market, your products and the platforms. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use BQNEX to break the rules of an advertising platform or any law;
• attempt to read data of a business you are not authorized to see;
• disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.

6. Fees

BQNEX is free while in preview. Prices and plan limits are announced before anything is charged, and no payment is taken without your explicit purchase.

7. Suspension and ending the service

You can stop using BQNEX at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account that puts the service, a platform or other customers at risk, and we will say why.

8. Liability

BQNEX is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, BQNEX is not liable for advertising spend, lost profit or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. When they change, the date above changes with them. Questions: support@bqnex.com.
