Terms of service

1. The service

BQNEX reads the advertising and revenue data you authorize, explains what is working, and proposes changes. It changes nothing on an advertising platform without your approval.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been used without permission.

3. Connected advertising accounts

You decide which advertising accounts BQNEX may read and which ones it may manage, and you can withdraw either at any time. BQNEX works in two ways, and which one applies to an account decides who pays the advertising platform.

• Self-service: the account is yours at the platform. You pay the platform directly under its own terms, and BQNEX never holds your advertising budget.
• Managed: BQNEX runs advertising for you in an account it holds at the platform, and you fund that advertising with BQNEX before it is spent. Managed service is arranged with you separately and is not switched on by connecting an account.

4. Recommendations and forecasts

Forecasts are estimates shown as ranges, not promises. Results depend on your market, your products and the platforms. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use BQNEX to break the rules of an advertising platform or any law;
• attempt to read data of a business you are not authorized to see;
• disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.

6. Fees for managing your advertising

The BQNEX app is free to download and no payment is taken without your explicit purchase. Where BQNEX manages an advertising account or its campaigns for you, it charges an Advertising Management Fee. Before you pay, the app and the website show the amount, what the fee covers, how often it renews and the taxes that apply.

• A fee that renews says so where you buy it, and renews at that cadence until you cancel.
• You can cancel in the app or on the website at any time; the service continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• The fee pays for BQNEX managing the advertising work. It is not advertising money and is never spent on media.

7. Advertising funds in the managed service

In the managed service you fund the advertising before it runs. BQNEX holds those funds for your advertising and for the costs of running it, keeps them separate from its own money, and spends them only inside the limits you agree.

• What can be spent is what remains after the amounts already reserved, the spend a platform has not yet billed, and any holds. BQNEX stops or pauses advertising before that amount would be exceeded.
• Advertising money already spent at a platform cannot be returned: the platform has been paid and does not refund it, so BQNEX does not either.
• Fees for work BQNEX has already done are not refunded.
• If your bank reverses a payment, the advertising it was funding stops until the balance is settled again.
• Ask support@bqnex.com for a statement of what was funded, reserved, spent and left at any time.

8. Suspension and ending the service

You can stop using BQNEX at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account that puts the service, a platform or other customers at risk, and we will say why.

9. Liability

BQNEX is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, BQNEX is not liable for advertising spend, lost profit or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law, changes and contact
